What is a Telegram Mini App — and how is it different from a bot?
Mini Apps put a full interface inside Telegram, with no install and no new account. Here's what they are, what bots do, and why Veentry uses both.

Mini Apps in one paragraph
A Telegram Mini App is a web app that opens inside Telegram itself, launched from a bot or a chat, running in Telegram's own window rather than a browser tab. There is nothing to download from an app store and nothing to update — you open it and it is the current version.
Because it runs inside Telegram, it already knows who you are: no email, no password, no separate account to create. It also picks up your Telegram theme and language, so it looks and reads like the rest of the app you were already using.
And what a bot does
A bot is the messaging half. It is an account Telegram lets a program control, so it can send you a message in a normal chat — which is exactly what a notification is on a platform you already keep open.
The two work as a pair: the Mini App is where you set things up, the bot is how the result reaches you. Setup happens in a real interface, delivery happens in a chat.
Why Veentry is built this way
Veentry is a Mini App for choosing what to follow and how loudly, and a bot for delivering the alerts. That means no extra app on your phone, no new login, and notifications arriving in the same place as everything else you read.
