Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account: when you sign in with Telegram, the details Telegram shares with us: your user ID, first and last name, username and profile photo link. When you sign in with or connect Discord, the details Discord shares with us: your user ID, username, display name and avatar link. When you connect a TON wallet, its public address.

Activity: the subjects you follow, your alert settings, the alerts we send you, and preferences such as language, time zone and theme.

Payments: the plan, amount, currency and transaction reference. We never see your card details or your wallet's private keys.

Technical: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and standard server logs (IP address, browser and the pages requested) used for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

To send you the alerts you asked for, run your account, process memberships, keep Veentry secure and understand which features are used.

We do not sell your data and we do not build advertising profiles.

Cookies and analytics

We set one cookie, to keep you signed in. Your display preferences are stored in your own browser. We measure visits with Ahrefs Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not identify you.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run Veentry: Telegram, to deliver messages and process Stars payments; the TON blockchain, where transactions are public by design; our hosting and network providers, including Cloudflare; and Ahrefs for visit statistics. If you connect another messaging platform, it receives what it needs to deliver your alerts.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account exists. After you ask us to delete your account, we remove its data within 30 days, except payment records we need to keep for accounting.

Server logs are kept for a limited time. Transactions on the TON blockchain are permanent and outside our control.

Your choices

You can unfollow subjects and change your alert settings at any time. Blocking the Veentry bot stops all messages. You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, by writing to the address below.

Children

Veentry is not meant for children under 13. If you believe a child has given us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections and access to it is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will announce significant changes in Veentry.
