Terms of Service

The service

Veentry lets you follow teams, players, tournaments, coins, publications and other subjects, and choose which events about them reach you as messages and when.

Some features are free. Others require a paid membership. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Your account

You sign in with Telegram, Discord or a TON wallet. You are responsible for everything done through your account and for keeping access to it secure.

You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough under the laws of your country to use the services you sign in with.

Alerts are best-effort

Event data comes from third-party sources. We work to keep alerts accurate and on time, but we do not guarantee that every alert is sent, that it arrives on time, or that its content is correct.

Do not rely on Veentry alone for any decision where a missing, late or wrong alert could cost you money, including trading and betting.

Memberships and payments

Memberships are paid in Telegram Stars or in cryptocurrency on the TON blockchain. The price and what a plan includes are shown before you pay.

All payments are final and non-refundable, including when you stop using Veentry before your membership ends. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, so check the amount and the address before you confirm a payment.

A membership lasts for the period you paid for. Nothing is charged again without your confirmation.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer Veentry, scrape it with automated tools, resell or republish its alerts, or use it for anything unlawful.

Third-party content

Team, player and tournament names, logos, news and other data shown in Veentry belong to their owners. Veentry links to sites it does not control and is not responsible for their content.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using Veentry at any time and ask us to delete your account. Unused membership time is not refunded.

Disclaimer and liability

Veentry is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.

To the extent the law allows, Veegres Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses caused by missing, late or wrong alerts. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will announce significant changes in Veentry. If you keep using Veentry after a change, you accept the new terms.
